I don’t know how to get bit on

Well this is my first time watching. Just looking at how to do it. And what acrylic nails are. I just brought the fake nails and just stick them on, BUT I don't have the powder thing you have. So that interesting to watch. I might actually now go buy that and try that out after watching you. I unfortunately have psoriasis nails, so they are bad, so thats why I do it myself. I am a newbie! These have helped me so much… Thankyou! I suffer from severe PTSD and Anxiety and I have started chewing my nails and cuticles. I have never had a problem with nail chewing before. I had made it a goal for myself to learn how to do my nails and learn cuticle care. I’m going to go get myself my first kit from Walmart as I can! Thank you for this. I'm new to doing my own nails and wasn't sure what each bit was for. I never paid attention when I used to go get them done 😂. I also struggle with getting that round shape at my cuticle and now it makes total sense to use the football bit
